When client demands are overwhelming, protecting your well-being is essential. Start by prioritizing tasks — use the "urgent vs. important" matrix to focus on what truly needs your attention. Break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps to prevent feeling overwhelmed. Don't be afraid to delegate where possible, empowering your team to share the load. Set clear boundaries with clients, communicating realistic timelines. Take regular breaks to recharge, even if it's just a quick walk or breathing exercises. Lastly, maintain a healthy work-life balance — remember, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Stay calm, stay focused, and always ask for help when needed.

It is important to communicate with our client our availability and response time. We set up a realistic timeframe and use the Eizenhower matrix to prioritize tasks by addressing the urgent and important first and delegating others. It is crucial to take regular breaks to recharge and ask for help if you need it.
