Revamping a brand's image on social media starts way before going live on social media. It includes detailed planning on how the brand will stand out from its former self. This requires in-depth research on what audience we are planning to target, as well as considering how the existing consumer base will react to the change. Using social media to attract a new audience starts with researching their interests, and pain points to create content that resonates. This will help in developing a content strategy that showcases the brand's unique values. The right content with unique creative executions does not make the brand on its own. Revamping requires a good knowledge of paid media ads and a strong understanding of when and whom to target.

Revamping a brand’s image through social media requires a deep understanding of the audience. In one of my past roles, we were tasked with turning around a brand that had lost its spark. I remember feeling the pressure, but we started by sharing authentic, behind-the-scenes stories and real customer experiences. I ran a live Q&A session, directly addressing followers’ concerns, and the response was incredible. It built trust and engagement. Collaborating with influencers and refining our approach with analytics helped us attract a new, loyal audience and refresh the brand.
