Recognising failures positively as stepping stone towards future corrections/ success 2. promote sports or contests between team members as regular activity to Develop the mindset where failure is perceived as mid achievement towards success. 3. Coach to manage failure. The most important thing is how we react at the moment when failure is registered. That is when it matters the most. The best way to manage failure is to ‘Acknowledge, review and revive’ and this cycle must be followed without witch-hunting.
