En el caso de poder priorizar y delegar la organización de tareas y cumplir con los plazos, es indispensable que sigamos unos criterios: 1º- Identificar las tareas críticas que impactan más sobre los objetivos y plazos clave. Y priorizarlas en consecuencia. 2º- Evaluar las habilidades y capacidades del equipo y delegar tareas que se alineen con las fortalezas de cada uno de los miembros. 3º- Proporcionar instrucciones claras, recursos y autoridad para que puedan completar las tareas delegadas. 4º- Establecer fechas límite realistas para las tareas delegadas y hacer un seguimiento del progreso. 5º- Confiar en el equipo, pero mantenerse disponible, orientar y apoyar cuando sea necesario.
