This will open up future financing possibilities with your financial institution(s) and will give you an extra ‘stretch’ when you have to take on a big job that you can’t afford until your last job pays you the remaining balance for the product or service you’ve already delivered. Extend your payables, yes. Stack revolving financing on top to double or triple the coverage of your cash flow gaps, but be disciplined with the credit. This will pave the way to growth.
