We must ensure that both in-office and remote workers are treated exactly the same. To provide them such a flexible network that gives remote workers the same responsive communication experiences no matter where they are or what device they're using. To provide them an application infrastructure that accelerates service delivery to every part of the world. In remote work, over-communication is just communication. Physical expressions, observations and indications are made from a distance and must be understood. At the end of the day, technology allows remote teams to implement their own workflows. Remote working is now a part of our lives and will stay forever. We just have to figure out how to do it the right way.
