I think the first important thing is to have a clear view of the data ourselves, so we can choose which data is essential for our report and which data might confuse others rather than being useful. The next step is to determine who the data will impact in terms of work processes. In this part, it’s important to minimize the use of specialized marketing language and terminology, providing definitions in footnotes, because those who are not directly involved in marketing but whose opinions matter should still have a clear understanding of our report. Finally, it’s best to use charts and qualitative data to provide a convincing reason for the changes we propose.

Clearly define what needs to be measured and how it impacts the current strategy 2. Focus on Whys and Hows along with actionable points on execution of your strategy 3. Most times enhancing content strategy is presented to 2 groups. The team lead of our marketing and sometimes auditors or a new marketing consultant. It is hardly presented to the customers . So I ask the question in the mind of my audience. Show 2 or 3 options,then I give you evidence of the insight. Preferably in clear fonts and good designs. If possible make it relatable in pictures. Let the data tell a story: Numbers are just the “what.” You need to add the “why” and the “what next.” For example, if a weekend campaign showed a 40% spike in clicks- was it because you used a quirky headline? 3. Keep it real, keep it simple: A line like “Our customers loved this because it made their life easier” always hits harder than “Customer engagement metrics indicate positive sentiment.” At the end of the day, analytics is about connecting the dots and crafting something meaningful.
