You're struggling to convey complex data to stakeholders. How can you make it clear and concise?

The right data visualization can convey information in a way that is simply not possible when using tabular data. But the wrong visualization can achieve the opposite result.

- Data should present an aspect of the speech, it should contain some message - Color: Red is not good, green is good - The data point should be simple as possible

Starting with a structured story that is augmented with visualizations and the insights expected to be derived from them is my preferred method. If you've spent a tremendous amount of time assimilating the data to synthesize insights, they may not be apparent to audience member who is seeing the information for the first time. For this reason, I think having a structured story is helpful to avoid meandering lines of thought that may detract from the insight that you're trying to convey.

Don't use Technical term like CTR, BounceRate,... some time it cause confusing to the stakeholders, instead use simple term like SuccessMatch,...

The terms used must match the audience that you're presenting the data to. For this reason, it is important to know who may consume the information you generate so that you can ensure you communicate at the correct level. You don't need to let a room of physicians know that PHI stands for Protected Health Information. However, if you're presenting that same data to a group of investors, then you may want to explain the acronym.

Starting with the end in mind is important. The data either triggered more questions or generated some insights. What are those questions or insights? How can you convey them to the audience? 'If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable' - Seneca

Before anything, choose only the data that is absolutely necessary before designing your visualizations. Identifying and finding the stakeholder expectations can help greatly. Next, just like stories, analogies can do magic! Compare complex elements to day-to-day life activities like food, health, etc. Moreover, communicating one small step at a time than a holistic approach is the safer side. Taking a minute to define what the tech terms mean(some of them are unavoidable. They just squeeze in!) not just makes matters simple but also helps educate the stake holders. (Psst.. use the magic of analogies here too!) Finally, consider presenting your visualization to a focus group and iterating over the design phase can better prepare you!
