first of all I believe that the marketing & analytics team should spend less time at their desk and more time in other teams like CS and Technical support the more they got engaged with front-line teams the more they can understand the analysis and the data and relate to its results based on their audience understanding and then these teams can understand more and more and collaborate to get most of this data on decision-making process without any biases.
