La diversidad en los equipos consiste en reunir personas que sepan HACER desde áreas absolutamente distintas con experiencias distintas. Hace poco conversaba con una artista plástica y me dio 3 ideas absolutamente geniales para las universidades, el deporte y la empresa... sin embargo nunca fue convocada ni por las universidades, el deporte o la empresa. Un equipo que elija innovar en productos requiere reunir diversidad de personas desde sus experiencias y generalmente unen personas que tienen un hilo en común en el saber. Esto requiere de un facilitador que sepa manejar el caos y el orden con total facilidad y sepa "unir los puntos" como decía el genial Steve Jobs.

As a leader driving strategic innovation, I have learned that ideas and concepts are the easy part. Implementation and execution at the highest level is the hard part. I’ve found that it’s helpful to allow your team to weigh in early into the process. Not only does it increase their buy in around the product, it also helps to create commitment around driving the product. Additionally- the old adage of teamwork makes the dream work cannot be overstated. Collaboration increases communication. In turn, this will help to expose bottle necks sooner and foster creative solutions while also empowering your team and enhancing their confidence!

Com a experiência adquirida em várias linguagens de programação, o tempo me ensinou que elas são importantes, mas temporárias em certos contextos. O que faz sucesso hoje pode não ser a estrela amanhã, e o que permanece são os legados de um ciclo. Atualmente, concentro-me mais em entender bons princípios de planejamento e arquitetura. Essas são as bases que permitem que o software seja contínuo e fácil de usar. Acredito que isso é ampliar, diversificar e fortalecer, tanto no aspecto pessoal quanto no elo de trabalho em equipe.
