1. Understand Company Values: Research the organization's mission, vision, and core principles to gain clarity. 2. Assess Your Personal Brand: Identify your strengths, values, and unique attributes that align with the company's ethos. 3. Highlight Shared Values: Emphasize common goals and principles in your communication, both internally and externally. 4. Adapt While Staying Authentic: Align with the company culture without compromising your core identity. 5. Seek Feedback: Engage mentors or colleagues to ensure your personal brand resonates with the organization's values. 6. Be Consistent: Reflect the alignment through your actions, work, and interactions daily.

One thing I have found helpful is to create a Career Action Plan. I followed a two pronged approach Reflect and Align 1. Reflect : This step will helped me better understand my accomplishments, strengths and values 2. Align: I focused on the values and skills I’ve already identified and then aligned with the company value and implemented them through stretch assignments. For example, I realized that I like to dream big and make that dream a reality. As a result, I got involved in a project where i could have a larger vision and completely dedicated myself to implement it. As a result, I received Dream Big, Get Things done and Have fun awards recently which is one of the core value of my org.

This authenticity creates a powerful connection between my brand and the company culture, driving success together.

Focus on areas where your professional views align with the company’s principles. - Be authentic: Showcase how your unique skills and experiences contribute to the company’s vision without compromising your individuality. - Engage in company initiatives: Participate in programs or projects that reflect shared priorities. - Communicate consistently: Use platforms like LinkedIn to share insights that bridge your personal brand with the company’s objectives.

- Start seeing things from a different perspective. See this as an opportunity to "fit in" into the new environment, without compromising too much your core value. - Stretch yourself into consistently put the values into practice, in your daily behavior. Take this as an exercise into making yourself more broad-minded, flexible, and cross-cultural - Review and evaluate: if you feel thriving into the new culture, that's great - keep going. If not, then you need to evaluate on how to change something.
