It is important to setup a proper communication channel. Send updates about the progress of the works and if there is any chance of delay keep all stakeholders informed. Meet the tenants with and keep them in a loop it's all about transparency in communication. In such situations communication is thr key so keep all the channels up and running and monitor all mediums with extra care.

Start with regular, friendly updates that highlight milestones and what’s next, and keep them short but informative. Go beyond updates by inviting tenants to share their thoughts, either through quick surveys or informal chats. Small touches like these make a big difference in tenant engagement, showing that you’re invested in their experience, not just the property.

It's appropriate to give advance notice of work being done in the building if a m/f to all Tenants of when work is expected/anticipated finish date. Regular postings by email, website or Blog post, can help maintain those communications. 2nd)establish a channel whereby Tenants can reach back out to the Remodeling Team Mgt. w/concerns either by phone/email. 3) also underscore its a win-win, during the construction on-site tenants can watch property for any attempted illegal entry while construction is on-going. 4) offer a Thank You reward to on-site tenants for their patience, possibly a 5 or 10% reduction in rent during the time of Construction and/or disruption to the Tenants surroundings', etc. 5) do also a Blding. update visible to all.
