Startup usually has 2 challenges in such scenario - startup work is mostly new, and you may not have right talent for that work. - startup has very less margin for mistakes, so passing work to right candidate is important. To coverup both points, one need to work together with team members and keep good training and communication to see the learning progress. Once confident, delegate the work and keep the communication to see if everything moving smooth. A stage will come new member will start pickup up the work.
