I have found it most efficient to first, break down the cases into phases of services. At the beginning, generate queries with due date as a filter. This can be done in every phase of the process. So yes, technology can simplify a workload but there first has to be a complete understanding of the process flow.

In my experience, using a complete Electronic Health Record (EHR) software is more important than Electronic Medical Record ( EMR ). EHR gives a detailed medical record of patients.EMR gives us only the business analytics.
