Regular inspections that allow for catching potential problems before they cause any workflow disruption. 2. Ensuring that the team is knowledgeable about safety, thereby working confidently and efficiently. 3. Encouraging effective communication to quickly sort out any issues and thereby prevent delays. Safety lessons learned discussion must. Disturbing of all safety informations to whole team and make them available in all areas (office,site).
