Mas, não pode desperdiçar a oportunidade de trazer alguém com novas ideias e novos olhares. é natural que quando uma pessoa ocupa por algum tempo uma posição ela comece a enxergar mais para dentro e menos para fora. Trazer alguem que tem um visao forte la fora para quando começar a enxegar dentro traga novas tecnologias, ferramentas, metodologias e até formas diferentes de se organizar. Para isso é importante incentivar a integração e criar espaços de trocas entre líderes, possibilitando assim a promoção de transferências e troca de conhecimento.
