Always have a back up plan, but even though some eventualities could not be ever anticipated there will always be a solution. Don’t panic and ensure your guests/delegates are not aware of any issues behind the scenes. Have a great team to support you, and a contingency plan built in to everything you do. A buffer on your budget is always a winner.
