Believe yourself, then convince your team that the crisis can be overcome. its not an unsurmountable hurdle. even the tall everest isnt. thats half the battle won. On the inside, understand the crisis and focus on the solution. chanelize the raw power of emotions positively. the team would look for solutions and find one when they look in the right direction. provide the right direction. and have the courage to accept the point of view of that brilliant spark in your team even if makes you feel having at a loss of your thunder

Make sure that you listen to and support colleagues. Be aware that behaviours such as anger, denial and despair are most likely signs of people being stressed due a perceived lack of control. Be calm and composed but also be human! Hold regular opportunities for people to share their thinking and encourage constructive and collaborative thinking and ideation. The key is to develop a climate where people feel proactive, supported and supporting. Finally, make sure that YOU have an outlet for your stress and pressure… do not store it up or feel that you can’t be vulnerable too.
