Juggling between user feedback and product roadmap is challenging. We have our ego that influence how a product or service is created. However, we need to remember that Customers only purchase products or services that fulfil the customers' "job" (that is helping or finish customer tasks in an easy way and in an fair price). That is, we must priorities the feedback form customers and our roadmap second. we can find a trade off between the feedback and roadmap by: - Focus only feedback regarding product functionality and price. - Focus on several key aspects that we cannot compromise in our products, such as safety and reliability. - Focus on correct translating customer feedback into technical aspects that we need to solve.

I don't know if you've heard of the MoSCoW methodology, it's incredibly useful. It helps you prioritize features by categorizing them into Must-Have, Should-Have, Could-Have, and Won’t-Have. You start by focusing on “Must-Haves” to address critical user needs, then aligning “Should-Haves” with key milestones in the roadmap. “Could-Haves” are scheduled for later if resources allow, and “Won’t-Haves” are set aside obviously. This approach ensures user feedback is systematically integrated without losing sight of the product’s strategic vision.
