the team that can laugh together, can work together... Never underestimate the power of bonding and trust ...as it helps get through tough deadlines and though phases in an organisation... At the end of the day, people want to work for people they trust and enjoy working with... So invest in camaraderie... Invest in an open culture...safe place to voice challenges and brainstorming on solutions together... Connect more... everyday if needed... genuinely check on project and team health... Last by not the least, who decided the tough deadline... sometimes we should question and negotiate ... accepting hard deadlines everytime, makes it the new normal and no one can sustain that...so fight the right battles to win the war!

Motivation thrives on clarity, support, and appreciation.
