Juggling is a short-term tactics, can't even call it strategy. What works best for me is a technique called "Highlight of the day" - you have to pick one and only one most important task of the day and tackle it. Even if you fail to complete anything else, you know that you've accomplished the most crucial one. Do it every day and you will complete 365 most important tasks in one year, once you realize that, resilience grows exponentially along with peace of mind. Be focused and disciplined with your main priority, everything else will follow

Set specific timeframes for each task and commit to finishing on time to enhance focus. Utilize the Pomodoro Technique: work for 25 minutes, followed by a 5-minute break. After completing four cycles, reward yourself with a longer pause to prevent burnout and boost productivity. Incorporate a to-do list application to break tasks into smaller, manageable goals. Marking each completed task provides a sense of achievement, motivating you to tackle the next challenge. By combining these strategies, you can navigate stress more effectively and maintain resilience.

The key is to time budget and compartmentalize. I am a full time student, a small business owner, a Gig employee, and have additional contract work and training - Thus I ask, is there really such a thing called time? As a returning citizen, I often think about the days where I was incarcerated and all I had was time. I mean the monotony of prison life oftentimes felt like a death wish. Thankfully, my mind was occupied with empowering my master plan and after 3 years of being free, having 5 emails, working my goggle calendar like my life depends on it, I see how quickly one can become overwhelmed. Luckily, I learned to treat every tasks as a prize. Honing in on my time management skills and being intentionally reliable.
