Na minha experiência, gerenciar prioridades conflitantes requer maior colaboração e engajamento do time. Para conseguir isso eu aplico as técnicas abaixo: 1. Realizo uma reunião com a equipe para garantir que todos entendam a importância de cada tarefa e seus impactos no projeto. 2. Em time, classificamos as tarefas por importância e urgência (matriz de Eisenhower). 3. Incentivo a comunicação aberta entre a equipe, facilitando a troca de informações e a identificação de riscos e oportunidades. 4. Delego tarefas e aumento a autonomia dos membros do time de acordo com as habilidades e competências de cada um. 5. Monitoro o progresso das tarefas. 6. Mantenho a equipe informada quanto a evolução do plano e parabenizo as conquistas.

Prioritize your tasks with available resources being the top and least available and complexity being the bottom, so that additional time can be spent to determine the best possible methods to address the bottom level issues. Using Data Driven information, team collaboration and team experience in navigating the best ways to find solutions and resolve them.

Priority is key, there are never things which are equally important. Align with stakeholders again to negotiate priorities. Figure out top priority and set goals. Form your team and discuss about possible solutions. Define the actions to fulfill the goals and monitor progress.

Go simple for the priorities Plan - Plan A with all available resources and Plan B to keep plan A on track. Do: Carry out a small-scale study for better execution. Own the study. Check: Review , analyze the results, and identify learning to act up on Act: Take action based on learnings and progress of committed activities.

Over the years I have learned to be careful when scheduling or taking on work with deadlines , knowing your own and your teams abilities helps with this planning . Don’t over book yourself , and don’t make promises you can’t keep . Keeping your work load balanced with your teams talent is essential . Daily expectations and goal help in the long run vs long term expectations . Staying on task to complete jobs and finish what has been started before assigning more task helps to keep flow .

Automotive projects are largely driven by Model launch schedules or Technology Development deadlines. In automotive teams it's required to prioritise tasks based on company's requirement. Some projects may look very lucrative or promising from technology perspective, but priority must be given to business benefits of company. This way it becomes easier to distribute tasks and reduce conflicts significantly!!
