Informing all the key stakeholders about the crisis and action plan 5. Monitoring all online communication channels for sentiment analysis. 6. Emphasizing collaboration over chaos to everyone. 6. Preparing a single spokesperson to handle internal and external communication. 7. Providing regular updates to all stakeholders. 8. Keep subject matter experts and advisors on speed dial.
