I have found these effective strategies- -Short and Focused Iterations for incremental progress. -Sprint backlog to clearly define deliverables for each iteration. - Reviews and retros to ensure feedback loop. - Leverage Agile Tools (ex:Jira,Azure Devops)to help visualize backlogs, track progress and Frameworks like Scrum or SAFe to ensure better organization, Prioritization, urgency and impact assessment. -Focus on Delivering Incremental Value: Emphasize delivery of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) early to ensure that stakeholders receive tangible value quickly.
