Según mi amplia experiencia como speaker antes distintas audiencias (desde emprendedores hasta grandes empresas), y como abogada,abordó desde temas muy técnicos y como coach de negocios trato temáticas relacionadas con el liderazgo y gestión de negocios, mi trabajo se centra en ser una portadora de un " mensaje principal " que es en servicio de la audiencia. Son ellos los rockstar. Si la audiencia está perdiendo la concentración, de inmediato hago una pregunta disruptiva que los haga participar a todos y de inmediato la energía sube. Esta es mi sugerencia: 1. La audiencia es la rockstar. 2. Nosotros estamos añ servicio del mensaje que a la audiencia le importa. 3. Si la atención decae, hacer una pregunta que involucre a todos.

Importante demais é que o interlocutor perceba o perfil do público e assim integre a sua apresentação perguntas e provas sociais, para então gerar gatilhos mentais, para despertar o público para prestar atenção.

1. I would listen to my stakeholders feedback to understand why there is resistance and provide presice answers to any questions that may arise. 2. I would stay aligned with my presentations key points while keeping my presentation on track. I would inform them that there is a planned time set aside at the end of the presentation for Q & A. 3. I would highllight the main positive key points of my presentation while also putting emphasis on the importance of my presentation continuing onward to ensure it flows effectively and stays on track of the allotted time frame.

Stakeholders are playing a major role in the business. They are investors. Investments vary some might invest money, time, effort, etc. The thing starts before the presentation starts. The project presentation should bring more than losing more. If you consider bringing more it will convert a no to yes. That's it
