One thing I found is that everyone stays focused if limit the amount of time for responses for each person in the group. For example, announce the meeting in minutes with the name of the people speaking and only give them 1 minute between participants to voice their ideas. Make rules for the meeting by keeping complaints in another type of meeting. The PRE-PREPARED AND APPROVED MEETING IS DUE ONE WEEK BEFORE YOU GO LIVE that way there are no surprises. Also, make a rules of meeting form in which the words integrity and excellence is with a signature line for virtual meetings and more during ORIENTATION. I hope this helps

Many excellent ideas already mentioned above, but I would like to add that good facilitation very often is the key to get everyones focus on what is being said and not who said it. For example having people think and write their points of view and then share them on a virtual whiteboard without talking, or even in the chat. And then going around the “table” one by one to give equal attention to everyone’s points. Voting is another way to get around power plays.

From my perspective, there are two options here, if you need only to pass the meeting in a productive way just make it one way meeting that gives directions and requests, but if your goal is to solve the problem between the team i would request here a root cause analysis techniques to be applied.
