My starting point is to start communication before the network process starts by having short meetings with people/teams and providing accessible information about the planned projects and possible issues we are prepared to deal with. If I manage the project, I will get information about projects, changes, effectiveness, etc. The next step is a day of starting the upgrade by analysing a situation, looking at how the teams operated, and how the process continues. The situation monitoring process involves updating the network and having regular, short meetings to discuss updates and make changes if necessary.
