This is quite the scenario that comes up in every organisation dealing with tech. There are some aspects that can be kept in mind to ensure that the tasks being processed are largely unaffected: 1. Criticality: Well, this might sound generic, but it is without a doubt a factor which tells you that no matter the other tasks, the ones most crucial are to be done within the time frame. 2. Smart implementation and processing: There are several approaches, and one of them I feel would help is the priority framework that is being implemented. An FCFS approach might not be the best one, so other approaches like Round Robin can be considered. 3. Distribution: If need be, a thorough decentralisation of work can be done to ensure full implementation.

I would suggest one to take the following approaches: - Risk Assessment: As I come from a risk management background, its critical to identify critical components and potential bottlenecks to focus on. - Nimble Approach: Break down tasks into smaller and achievable, manageable chunks for flexibility and adaptability. -Timely Status Updates: Maintain open communication with the team and key stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned. -Use of Automation: Leverage automation tools to streamline routine tasks and reduce human error. -Redundancy: Have a backup plan for unexpected issues to minimize downtime. Cheers
