There are two types of feedback: toxic and useful, it is important to be able to distinguish them from each other because toxic feedback is often disguised as useful feedback. 1. How to distinguish the toxic ones: You may feel attacked and discouraged rather than motivated to improve. Usually sounds like criticism, without suggestions or practical advice 2. Useful feedback: Use a neutral or positive background, for example the cons of the project can be packaged into "What can be improved" and you understand what steps to take in the future Also don't forget to collect feedback in groups, if you hear the same thing about something in common, that means it's worth paying attention to first

I personally think that it's similar, like, how you treat your customer when managing (for example) your small business in town, by listening to the customers. Treat it as an opportunity for growth. Focus on the recurring issues users point out and use their insights to fine-tune the design, ultimately improving the experience. The thing is, customer feedback helps refine products or services, user feedback in VR is key to staying relevant and competitive, especially with the industry's focus on creating more immersive and user-friendly experiences. That is why as I mentioned earlier, it is similar to how businesses earn trust by listening to their customers.
