It is client prerogative to ask for changes in Creative - last minute or otherwise. DONT bring EGO in the discussion. Remember, you are NOT the problem owner! First, get the changes done exactly as per brief so as to meet the deadlines. Parallelly, Understand and ask for the reason for the last minute change. Accept and internalize the revised brief and get the creatives to do an alternative ON REVISED BRIEF. Just share the alternative - DONT PUSH your POV. Just document changes with all caveats and your recommendation with views, just so as to not be blamed later for the revisions.

Then, I prioritize what needs to happen now and what can wait. Communication is key I let the client know we’re on it, but I also set clear boundaries to protect the quality of the final outcome. The goal is simple: adapt fast, stay composed, and deliver results that exceed expectations. Clients want confidence, not chaos and that’s what I bring to the table.
