It’s best to repeat your process. Go back to square one. Mine usually starts with the script (unless it’s my original story). Take time by yourself with the changes, however little time that is, reformulate and review the entirety of the script accounting for them making production notes as needed. Share notes with the crew down the line and dash into the new direction. If you fight the changes instead of starting fresh you will end up with a production at odds with itself. The evidence of two scripts will be obvious in the work.

Facing a script change, I'd take a look at what will be impacted and make decisions on what to change to meet the deadline to insure a seamless production process! You need to make sure your decision can we knitted perfectly into the plan as if they've always been there!
