lo primero es la transparencia, es imprescindible saber comunicar por parte de los responsables el rol que ocupa cada individuo del equipo para evitar luchas de poder, la comunicación debe ser asertiva, se debe aceptar tal y como es, sin llevarlo al terreno personal. Se debe focalizar en el objetivo y no en el individuo, el ego puede ser necesario a la hora de ambicionar un fin pero por lo general debe quedar en un segundo plano en objetivos comunes

A luta pelo poder é uma luta de antagonistas. O ideal é ouví-los e identificar os pontos em comum para tentar fazer com que o pensamento antagônico possa se tornar uma unanimidade entre todos os envolvidos.

I've become a fan of what others have called "diagonal working groups": enlisting stakeholders broadly as well as at various levels of formal authority and hierarchy.
