Muchas veces tienen sentido, pero otras muchas veces te piden que cambies cosas que funcionan solo por el hecho de estar haciendo algo. Ahí nuestro rol es educar. Si no se puede, que pase el que sigue! Arruiné muchos resultados con clientes por hacerles caso cuando lo mejor era seguir en la dirección planteada. Ojo, también muchas veces gracias a comentarios de los clientes pude abrir los ojos y girar el rumbo hacia donde debería ir. Por eso es clave evaluar cada caso.
