The first things I would look at are: - Has the number of requests/sec increased (is the DWH overloaded) - Has the volume of data being queried increased? - Look at the queries taking a while to execute. Maybe 1 query is impacting others. Remember, it’s a shared environment, some disruptive queries can affect others. That does not mean your DWH is not well tuned. Based on the Audit, then different measures can be taken to fix the performance bottleneck.
