Second, understand that there is no evil robot kicking out your resume. It’s a human. A person, who, if you haven’t spent the time dialing in your resume, might not see your value. How do you do this without making yourself crazy? 1. Write a headline you can target to the role. 2. Showcase your biggest technical skills in the summary and align them to the role. 3.
