I keep it very simple and it might not be the only solution but it worked in my situation. I always love the power of deep breathing. As a practice, whenever there are stressful situations, i fall back to practicing 12 long deep breaths. This helps in calming me down and improve my thought process as an immediate relief. For longer impact, I prioritize the work on the basis of their impact - internal as well as external.

I think the first thing to clarify is where that pressure is coming from. Is it you thinking you have to do it all? Your manager? Your client? If everything is a priority then nothing is a priority. Have an open conversation with your manager or client, to clearly define what is a priority right now and what will be de-prioritised as a consequence and make sure everyone is on the same page about the effects of this. Protocol that meeting and share the minutes with everyone so this is confirmed in writing.

The first step is to establish clarity around the key priorities. Once you know what they are and that you need to focus there you learn to say no to other areas. A lot of balance comes from recognising we all want to be liked by people - if you say yes to everything this does = being liked. If you are clear on why you are saying yes/no you will retain your relationships. Set yourself objectives on key areas & be sure to communicate these. Discuss with your manager & seek their support in providing air cover for asks you may push back on. Chunk the asks record for yourself when the "small wins" are achieved. Remember over the course of a day to take breaks - take a walk, eat. This ensures you can stay focused and alert.
