Platform to the team must be provided to put across different ideas and strategies which gives more clarity to the manager/leader about the knowledge base and the approach of an individual. Once the most effective strategies are defined then further deep dive sessions to be made then only conflicts will get clear. Most important thing for manager is to provide conducive environment for the team where they feel that their words are heard and collectively decisions are made.
