I crafted a winning pitch for a startup before that did this - it began with a story that was relatable to everyone in the audience. The story had characters that were similar to them, and paused the story when they reached the problem/challenge which this startup tackles. The pitch went onto share how these problems are very real in the world, with supporting data. This also shows the market opportunity Then the story continues - with the startup's solution overview. The characters of the story are re-introduced and the story uses the solution which is being presented - with the change and impact being recognized in the story. To prove that this story can be realistic - statistics of previous test cases are also shared Pitch landed.
