As I'm coordinating different stream team, the 1st thing I will do is, create team charter that govern a team. 2nd set clear way of communication stream we are going to use which is reliable and easy to use for all team, agreed time to meet, time report will distribute, build good culture, recognize diversity in the team like time zone and culture. Recognize and accept any team idea and etc.

I primarily work with software teams. In our context, we’ve implemented a culture of retrospectives: every 15 days, we discuss what went well and what could be improved. I also encourage a feedback culture by giving and requesting structured feedback using the MARCA method. Additionally, it’s essential to establish clear communication channels and maintain minimum documentation to ensure high-quality requirements.

To synchronize remote hardware and software teams, I focus on structured communication and collaboration tools. First, I establish regular cross-team meetings to discuss project status, dependencies, and potential challenges, ensuring alignment. Clear documentation is essential—each team logs progress and updates in shared platforms like Confluence or Google Workspace, accessible to everyone. I also encourage using project management tools like Jira or Asana for task tracking and milestone management, allowing both teams to stay informed. Lastly, fostering a culture of openness helps both teams feel comfortable reaching out directly to resolve issues in real-time, bridging any gaps effectively.
