Set work boundaries to ensure you get enough time for self-care (rest, exercise and sleep) and quality time with loved ones. Plan your travel so you can incorporate Recharge appointments of 5 to 20 minutes. You could schedule these Recharge sessions when refueling the car, at the airport or on the plane/train. Recharge could be passive e.g., breathing exercises or active e.g., a walk. If you a leader, is is important to normalise the importance of regular Recharge for health, well-being and the ability to perform. Give permission and legitimise. Plan where you can eat for nutritious choices and pack some healthy snacks.

Moving around for work can be adventurous as well as damaging at the same time, how I manage it; - Set a clear work hours and personal time - Make sure you wake up with few deep breaths and make it an instinct so before brain starts to take you to directions - you are what you eat is known well, so if you can't find a diet that you follow reduce your meals to 2 with smaller portions so body burns it well.
