Continous learning can be carried out by understanding the requirement of each individual. 2. Healthy competetion can be arranged within the team to come with innovation ideas with can foster growth and enhance the teams performance and eventually help the organization to grow as well. 3. Each individual should be empowered to work on a unique project which he/she has selected during the start of the year and the leader can guide the individual to achieve the project completion.
