For example, the daily report experience on the system every day, as well as the weekly report. 2.from work efficiency:Whether the assigned task objectives are completed within the specified time or completed in advance. For example, sales, how many customers are developed every day, whether door-to-door visits, etc., to effectively develop customers and complete performance indicators. 3.from work result:KPI assessment,completion satisfaction. 4.From personal character:Be practical, down-to-earth, and think closely. Be positive and optimistic, etc.
