I’d focus on specific areas of improvement, such as clarity, body language, or pacing. I would then practice incorporating the feedback into future presentations, setting clear goals for each session. Seeking feedback regularly and reflecting on my progress would help refine my skills over time. Embracing constructive criticism as a tool for growth allows me to continuously enhance my performance.

If you want to utilise constructive criticism ( I will rather call it feedback) effectively, do the following: 1) Make sure you understand the context correctly : If , for instance, You get the feedback that your presentation was not engaging, then ask specific questions like : From where do you feel you lose your attention, what do you remember, what do you forget , etc. to find out the context of what was not engaging and think about specific plan of actions 2) Make a specific plan of action to implement the feedback: Make a list of all activities you would do 3) Make the necessary changes in your presentations and seek feedback again to understand the difference in both presentations

Listen and don’t take it personally. Remember it’s not an attack. It’s meant to be helpful. Acknowledge what is being shared and realize you don’t have to execute on all that is being said. You may have a practice you follow that is different from how they may do it. Be open. You are bound to learn from something that’s said. The key again is to not take it as a personal attack.
