From my experience, the very first step you want to do is to audit your brand starting with the identity itself and making sure the visual identity is aligned to it, then you need to audit every single channel that your brand is using, looking for the basic but important improves that you can make, and also looking for the opportunities that you’re missing, maybe you need to explore new channels as you improve the existing ones, a benchmarking process needs to be done. After being able to understand the brand context we can actually work on a 360 marketing strategy to boost the brand with the assigned budget and realistic objectives.
