Algunas acciones que hemos implementado con éxito en Somos Awake y con nuestros clientes: Sesiones de aprendizaje en el equipo: Un “Viernes Técnico” mensual donde alguien comparte en 15 minutos una buena práctica o lección aprendida. Repositorio de conocimiento: Usar herramientas para documentar soluciones y buenas prácticas. Reconocer la curiosidad: Celebrar cuando alguien aprende algo nuevo y lo comparte Mentorías internas: Invitar a los más experimentados a guiar a otros, reforzando aprendizaje y cohesión. Micro-momentos de aprendizaje: Breves reuniones para explorar herramientas o resolver dudas.

Crear Espacios para el Aprendizaje Reservar un espacio de la jornada para el desarollo de este objetivo. Fomento de recursos internos. Poner en valor los mentores internos, por ejemplo favoreciendo las relaciones entre los compañeros más experimentados y menos experimentados. Utilizar incentivos. Y el mas importante, un buen liderazgo. Los líderes deben demostrar su compromiso con el aprendizaje continuo, participando en cursos y compartiéndolos.
