The team members must understand what success looks like at an individual, team, work group, and enterprise level for each person on the team. 2. The team leader must find a way for each team member to be successful on the project as measured by that person's metrics. 3. The team leader has to define his or her success by ensuring that every member of the team as being successful while also achieving his or her metrics. Talk with the team about these questions in the first meeting and walk that talk throughout the project. Find a solution that allows every team member to be successful.
