La motivación posee dos caminos, los cerebros se acercan a aquello que nos da placer o se alejan del sufrimiento. Una motivación bien empleada se puede fundamentar en ambas a la vez. 1) Con una tormenta de ideas sobre ¿"lo peor que podría pasar"?, ¿si no accionamos o si nos equivocamos al hacer?. 2) ¿Qué podríamos lograr juntos, y para qué lo haríamos, que sueñan en 1 año o dos como logro? The team is comprised of individuals and each individual must be treated in a manner so as to feel them valued and respected. The motivation is always from self and the driving force to lead a team with inspiration, encouragement, respect, value and gesture lead to motivation for every individual. Leader must be involved with team in sharing understandings, respecting ideas and putting equal efforts in finding solutions. Appreciation, even for a little job, leads to more productive outcomes going forward. Behaviour and wordings in terms of encouragement for new learnings can be a remarkable motivation for the team members. Motivation is to be earned rather than to be deserved.✨
