First thing to do will be to talk openly on why they are feeling stressed. It can be any or a combination of long hours, lack of skill, uncertainty, aggressiveness of a particular person, lack of role clarity, no clarity on career progression, etc. It is easy to solve for something which is not the real challenge and that must be avoided by asking what is causing the stress. Once we understand, we can solve for it or at least mitigate it. Additionally, team members can be coached on stress management techniques like chunking, unwinding from work, vagus nerve exercises, etc.
