Allow the opportunity to have the discussion and ensure everyone understands the expectations in order to perform at the highest standard. Provide timelines for milestones linked to KPIs with built-in meeting schedules for coaching to provide real time analysis for any corrective actions (if applicable). The former being proactive to ensure each team member's success and reciprocal communication regarding his/her role(s).

The frequency (daily or weekly) should align with task complexity and deadlines but also you have to create an environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions. • Not only develop detailed job descriptions that outline specific responsibilities and expectations for each role, but before starting a task, assess how each team member's strengths (such as planning or execution skills) can contribute to the job. • Regularly evaluate and adjust roles based on team performance and changing project needs, there is nothing wrong in reassessing and adjust accordingly.
