Tema de suma importância que pode ser resolvido facilmente, penso em algumas dicas: 1) Estabelecer rotinas de encontros virtuais no início da semana (15 minutos no máx), para falar de temas a serem priorizados, com o time todo ou os líderes; 2) Estabelecer rotinas de 1:1 semanais, de no máx 30 mins com cada um doas seus liderados; 3) Estabelecer controles, por e-mail, “mini reports” para que todos saibam que estão sendo acompanhados, que tem alguém olhando e disposto a ajudar; 4) Estabelecer encontros de “break” mesmo que virtuais para bate papo informal, sem falar de trabalho;
